Red House School Antiques
This agreement between Red House School Antiques, Oakland MD, known as owner or rentor and _________________________________known as renter will be binding on both parties and I, as renter, agree to the following rules and regulations.
To pay a fee of ______ for a _______space at the Red House School Antiques Flea Market held _____________________.
Do not sell anything consumable, nor firearms, nor anthing illegal.
“Pack it in, Pack it Out”: Take all of your garbage, trash, recyclables, boxes, packaging, and unsold items with you at the end of your selling day. We do not provide any trash service for vendors. Failure to do so could result in being blocked from future markets.
I, as renter, agree not to hold Red House School Antiques, and/or any of it’s employees responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen articles before, during or after market days and further agree not to hold them responsible for any accidents should they occur.
